The Thinking Behind TichaCraft

Peter's classroom experience contributes to a central idea behind TichaCraft: teachers can be important sources of practical knowledge and solutions, but promising classroom practice needs to be strengthened, tested beyond the classroom where it began, and examined through evidence before wider use.

Through PTF, this idea has developed into TichaCraft — a teacher-led Evidence-to-Scale model that helps identify promising practice, test it across classrooms, learn from replication and support wider learning where appropriate.
